Wednesday 20 Jun 2012Minister Collier claims that he was introducing a new system for paying electricity bills - the system would save $75million over a five year period.
The Minister claimed the new system was going to cost $38.5 million to set up but, by early May this cost had blown out to $93.4 million and was still rising.
